Description
The HCPL-22XX, HCPL-02XX, and HCNW22XX are opticallycoupled Logic Gates. The HCPL-22XX, and HCPL-02XX contain a GaAsP LED while the HCNW22XX contains an AlGaAs LED. The detectors have totem pole output stages and optical receiver input stages with built-in Schmitt triggers to provide Logiccompatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional waveshaping.

Description

The HCPL-4502/HCPL-2503, 6N135/6 and HCPL-2530/HCPL-2531 Optocouplers consist of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a High speed photodetector transistor.

A separate connection for the bias of the photodiode improves the speed by several orders of magnitude over conventional phototransistor Optocouplers by reducing the base-collector capacitance of the input transistor.

An internal noise shield provides superior common mode rejection of 10kV/µs. An improved package allows superior insulation permitting a 480 V working voltage compared to industry standard of 220 V.

This output features an open collector, thereby permitting wired OR outputs. The coupled parameters are guaranteed over the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. A maximum input signal of 5 mA will provide a minimum output sink current of 13
mA (fan out of 8). An internal noise shield provides superior common mode rejection of typically 10kV/µs. The HCPL- 2601 and HCPL- 2631 has a minimum CMR of 5 kV/µs. The HCPL-2611 has a minimum CMR of 10 kV/µs.

Description
The Broadcom® 6N137, HCPL-26xx/06xx/4661, HCNW137/26x1 are optically coupled Gates that combine a GaAsP light emitting diode and an integrated High gain photo detector. An enable input allows the detector to be strobed. The output of the detector IC is an open collector Schottky-clamped transistor. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity specification up to 15,000 V/µs at Vcm = 1000V.
