Description
The PS394 is a precision, low-voltage, QUAD, single-pole/doublethrow (SPDT) ANALOG SWITCH. The four independent SWITCHes operate with bipolar supplies ranging from –2.7V to –8V, or with a single supply of +2.7V to +15V. The PS394 offers low On-resistance (less than 35 Ohm), guaranteed to match within 2 Ohm between channels and to remain flat over the ANALOG signal range (4 Ohm Max.). It also offers break-before-make SWITCHing (10ns typical), with turn-off times less than 75ns and turn-on times less than 130ns. The PS394 is ideal for portable operation since quiescent current runs less than 1µA with all inputs high or low.

Description
The PI5A100 is an improved QUAD Single-pole double-throw (4SPDT) CMOS ANALOG SWITCH designed to operate with a single +2V to +6V power supply. The EN pin may be used to place all SWITCHes in a high-impedance state. This high precision device is ideal for low-distortion audio, video, and data SWITCHing and routing.
Each SWITCH conducts current equally well in either direction when on. In the off state each SWITCH blocks voltages up to the power supply rails.

DESCRIPTION

The DG2706 is a high speed, low voltage, low On-resistance, QUAD SPDT (single pole double throw) ANALOG SWITCH. It operates from a 1.65 V to 4.3 V single power supply and achieves 3Ω SWITCH On-resistance. When turned on, each SWITCH conducts equally in both directions. Its SWITCH on resistance flatness is 0.6Ω and channel to channel matching is of 0.3Ω when powered with single 3.15 V supply. All channels guaranteed break before make SWITCHing.

Control logic input has 0.5 V to 1.65 V logic threshold. It features a 190 MHz - 3 dB bandwidth, - 90 dB crosstalk and - 70 dB off-isolation at 1 MHz. The DG2706 is an ideal fit for low voltage battery powered devices SWITCHing audio, video,multi-media data streams, and control signals between different functional circuits or ports.

The MC14066B consists of four independent SWITCHes capable of controlling either digital or ANALOG signals. This QUAD bilateral SWITCH is useful in signal gating, chopper, modulator, demodulator and CMOS logic implementation.
The MC14066B is designed to be pin–for–pin compatible with the MC14016B, but has much lower ON resistance. Input voltage swings as large as the full supply voltage can be controlled via each
independent control input.
