Description
The HMMC-2027 is a GaAs monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) designed for low insertion loss and high isolation from DC to 26.5 GHz. It is intended for use as a general purpose, single-pole, doublethrow (SPDT), absorptive switch. Two series and two shunt MESFETs per throw provide 3 dB maximum insertion loss and 30␣ dB minimum isolation at 26.5␣ GHz.

General Description

Covering DC to 6.0 GHz, this switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch operates using a positive control voltage of 0/+5 Volts, and requires a fi xed bias of +5V. This switch is suitable for usage in 50-Ohm or 75-Ohm systems.
