Description

It requires only four external capacitor: two 0.22 µF flying capacitors, and 10 µF capacitors at the input and output.

General Description
The MAX619 step-up CHARGE-PUMP DC-DC CONVERTER delivers a REGULATED 5V ±4% output at 50mA over temperature. The input voltage range is 2V to 3.6V (two battery cells).
The complete MAX619 circuit fits into less than 0.1in2 of board space because it requires only four external capacitors: two 0.22µF flying capacitors, and 10µF capacitors at the input and output.
Low operating supply current (150µA max) and low shutdown supply current (1µA max) make this device ideal for small, portable, and battery-powered applications. When shut down, the load is disconnected from the input.
The MAX619 is available in 8-pin DIP and SO packages.

General Description
The MAX1747 triple CHARGE-PUMP DC-DC CONVERTER provides the REGULATED voltages required by active matrix thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid-crystal displays (LCDs) in a low-profile TSSOP package. One high power and two low-power CHARGE PUMPs convert the +2.7V to +4.5V input supply voltage into three independent output voltages.
The primary high-power CHARGE PUMP generates an output voltage (VOUT) between 4.5V and 5.5V that is REGULATED within ±1%. The low-power BiCMOS control circuitry and the low on-resistance (RON) power MOSFETs maximize efficiency. The adjustable switching frequency (200kHz to 2MHz) provides fast transient response and allows the use of small low-profile ceramic capacitors.

DESCRIPTION
The LTC®1502-3.3 is a quadrupler CHARGE PUMP DC/DC CONVERTER that produces a REGULATED 3.3V output from a single alkaline cell input. It requires only five small external capacitors—no inductors are required. Low supply current (40µA typical, 5µA in shutdown) and minimal external components make the LTC1502-3.3 ideal for space and power conscious single-cell applications. General Description
The MAX768 LOW-NOISE, dual-output, REGULATED CHARGE PUMP provides a negative output for biasing GaAsFET power amplifiers, and a positive output for powering voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) in wireless handsets. The outputs can also be used to power LCDs. Output ripple is less than 2mVp-p. The MAX768 is intended for use in low-voltage systems where a simple CHARGE-PUMP inverter is inadequate, or where the VCO needs more range to improve its signal-to-noise ratio.
