Description:
The OPB960/ 970/ 980/ 990 seriesof non-contact Photologic ® slotted optical switches provides flexibility in meeting application specific requirements for the design engineer.
Building from a standard housing with a 0.125” (3.18mm) wide slot, the user can specify output logic state, output driver circuit, aperture width, aperture surface and mounting tab locations. Furthermore, an option of wire or PCB leads allows electrical interface flexibility.

DESCRIPTION
The 1N5518thru 1N5546 series of 0.5 watt Zener Voltage Regulators provides a selection from 3.3 to 33 volts in standard 5%tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These glass axial-leaded DO-35 Zeners are also available with an internal metallurgical-bond option by adding a “-1” suffix. This type of bonded Zener package construction  is available in JAN, JANTX,  and JANTXV military qualifications to MIL-PRF-19500/437. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power applications.

OUTLINE
The R3111x series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, which can be operated at an extremely low voltage and is used for system reset as an example. Each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit. The detector threshold is fixed with high accuracy internally and does not require any adjustment.
Three output types, Nch open drain “L” type, Nch open drain “H” type and CMOS type are available. The R3111x Series are operable at a lower voltage than that for the Rx5VL series, and can be driven by a single battery.
Six types of packages, TO-92, SOT-89, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-82AB, and SON1612-6 are available.
