The P4C422 is a 1,024-bit high-speed (10ns) Static RAM with a 256 x 4 organization. The memory requires no clocks or refreshing and has equal access and cycle times. Inputs and outputs are fully TTL compatible. Operation is from a single 5 Volt supply. Easy memory expansion is provided by an active LOW chip select one(CS1) and active HIGH chip select two (CS2) as well as 3-state outputs.
The AT24C01A/02SC/04SC/08SC/16SC provide 1024/2048/4096/8192/16384 bits of serial, electrically-erasable, and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) organized as 128/256/512/1024/2048 words of 8 bits each. The NME series of DC/DC Converters is particularly suited to isolating and/or converting DC power rails. The galvanic isolation allows the device to be configured to provide an isolated negative rail in systems where only positive rails exist. The P4C168, P4C169 and P4C170 are a family of 16,384-bit ultra high-speed static RAMs organized as 4K x 4. All three devices have common input/output ports.The P4C168 enters the standby mode when the chip enable (CE) control goes HIGH; with CMOS input levels, power consumption is only 83mW in this mode.
The MEE1 series is the new high performance version of our 1W NME series. The MEE1 series is more efficient and offers improved regulation performance for applications where a wide output voltage variation can not be tolerated. They are ideally suited for providing local supplies on control system boards with the added benefit of 1kVDC galvanic isolation to reduce switching noise.

Separate contact retainers are provided for applications where extreme pull-out forces may be applied against the wire or when a visual confirmation of the full contact insertion is required.
