DESCRIPTION…
TheSP306 is a single chip device that offers both RS-422 and RS-423–type serial interfaces. The device can be programmed to provide two full–duplex channels of either RS-422 or RS-423 via two mode control pins. The SP306 also features a loopback function that can be activated in any operating mode. The SP306 is available in a 28–pin SOIC package for operation over the commercial temperature range.

General Description
The LF147 is a low cost, high speed quad JFET input operational amplifier with an internally trimmed input offset voltage (BI-FET II™ technology). The device requires a low supply current and yet maintains a large gain bandwidth product and a fast slew rate. In addition, well matched high voltage JFET input devices provide very low input bias and offset currents. The LF147 is pin compatible with the standard LM148. This feature allows designers to immediately upgrade the overall performance of existing LF148 and LM124 designs.
The LF147 may be used in applications such as high speed integrators, fast D/A converters, sample-and-hold circuits and many other circuits requiring low input offset voltage, low input bias current, high input impedance, high slew rate and wide bandwidth. The device has low noise and offset voltage drift.

The M306V5ME-XXXSP and M306V5EESP are single-chip microcomputers using the high-performance silicon gate CMOS process using a M16C/60 Series CPU core and are packaged in a 64-pin plastic molded SDIP. These single-chip microcomputers operate using sophisticated instructions featuring a high level of instruction efficiency. With 1M bytes of address space, they are capable of executing instructions at high speed. They also feature a built-in OSD display function and data slicer, making them ideal for controlling TV with a closed caption decoder.
The features of the M306V5EESP are similar to those of the M306V5ME-XXXSP except that this chip has a built-in PROM which can be written electrically.

The SN74CBT3306C is a high-speed TTL-compatible FET bus switch with low ON-state resistance (ron), allowing for minimal propagation delay. Active Undershoot-Protection Circuitry on the A and B ports of the SN74CBT3306C provides protection for undershoot up to −2 V by sensing an  undershoot event and ensuring that the switch remains in the proper OFF state.
