Token SAW Resonator employs surface acoustic wave, and is able to be applied to high frequency circuit where conventional crystal, ceramic resonators are not available, as SAW Resonator oscillates stably with its fundamental mode over frequency range from 200 MHz to around 1 GHz.
The SAW resonator uses arrays of metal strips, with pitch λ/2, as reflectors of the waves. These arrays can give strong SAW reflections, and two arrays can be used to form a SAW cavity with high Q. Such resonators are often used for high-stability oscillators.

The LM306 is a high-speed voltage comparator with differential inputs, a low-impedance high-sink-current (100 mA) output, and two strobe inputs. This device detects low-level analog or digital signals and can drive digital logic or lamps and relays directly. Short-circuit protection and surge-current limiting is provided.
A low-level input at either strobe causes the output to remain high regardless of the differential input.When both strobe inputs are either open or at a high logic level, the output voltage is controlled by the differential input voltage. The circuit will operate with any negative supply voltage between −3 V and −12 V with little difference in performance.
The LM306 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.

General Description
The AP1306 fan motor predriver is suited for two-coil brush-less DC fan. All functions, including lock shutdown, automatic restart, speed indication (FG), have been incorporated into one chip. When the motor is under lock condition, lock shutdown function turns off the output. When the lock condition is removed, the IC automatically restarts and allows DC fan to run. In addition, the FG function is to indicate the rotation speed.

LinkSwitch-TN is specifically designed to replace all linear and capacitor-fed (cap dropper) non-isolated power supplies in the under 360 mA output current range at equal system cost while offering much higher performance and energy efficiency.
LinkSwitch-TN devices integrate a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, simple On/Off control scheme, a high voltage switched current source, frequency jittering, cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a monolithic IC. The start up and operating power are derived directly from the voltage on the DRAIN pin, eliminating the need for a bias supply and associated circuitry in buck or flyback converters. The fully integrated auto-restart circuit in the LNK304-306 safely limits output power during fault conditions such as short-circuit or open loop, reducing component count and system-level load protection cost. A local supply provided by the IC allows use of a non-safety graded optocoupler acting as a level shifter to further enhance line and load regulation performance in buck and buck-boost converters, if required.
