OUTLINE
The RH5RH××1A/××2B/××3B Series are PWM Step-up DC/DC converter ICs by CMOS process. The RH5RH××1A IC consists of an oscillator, a PWM control circuit, a driver transistor (Lx switch), a reference voltage unit, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, resistors for voltage detection, a soft-start circuit, and an Lx switch protection circuit.  A low ripple, high efficiency step-up DC/DC converter can be constructed of this RH5RH××1A IC with only three external components, that is, an inductor, a diode and a capacitor. These RH5RH××1A/××2B/××3B ICs can achieve ultra-low supply current (no load) –TYP. 15µA –by a new ly developed PWM control circuit, equivalent to the low supply current of a VFM (chopper) Step-up DC/DC converter.

DESCRIPTION
This device is a monolithic two-stage video amplifier with differential inputs and differential outputs. It features internal series-shunt feedback that provides wide bandwidth, low phase distortion, and excellent gain stability. Emitter-follower outputs enable the device to drive capacitive loads. All stages are current-source biased to obtain high common-mode and supply-voltage rejection ratios.
The differential gain is typically 400 when the gain adjust pins are connected together, or amplification may be adjusted for near 0 to 400 by the use of a single external resistor connected between the gain adjustment pins A and B. No external frequency-compensating components are required for any gain option.
The device is particularly useful in magnetic-tape or disk-file systems using phase or NRZ encoding and in high-speed thin-film or plated-wire memories. Other applications include general-purpose video and pulse amplifiers.

OUTLINE
The R3111x series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, which can be operated at an extremely low voltage and is used for system reset as an example. Each of these ICs consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for detector threshold setting, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit. The detector threshold is fixed with high accuracy internally and does not require any adjustment.
Three output types, Nch open drain “L” type, Nch open drain “H” type and CMOS type are available. The R3111x Series are operable at a lower voltage than that for the Rx5VL series, and can be driven by a single battery.
Six types of packages, TO-92, SOT-89, SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-82AB, and SON1612-6 are available.

The CPC7592 is a member of IXYS Integrated Circuits Division’s next generation Line Card Access Switch family. This monolithic 6-pole solid-state switch is available in a 16-pin SOIC package.

It provides the necessary functions to replace two 2-Form-C electro-mechanical relays used on traditional analog and contemporary integrated voice and data (IVD) line cards found in Central Office, Access, and PBX equipment. Because this device contains solid state switches for tip and ring line break, ringing injection/return, and test access, it needs only a +5V supply for operation and logic-level inputs for control.
