DESCRIPTION
These high power 50 W Zener diodes represented by the JEDEC registered 1N2804 thru 1N2846B and 1N4557 thru 1N4564B series provide voltage regulation in a selection over a 3.9 V to 200 V broad range of voltages. They may be operated up to 50 W with adequate mounting and heat sinking with their low thermal resistance. These Zeners are also available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV military qualifications. OUTLINE
The RS5RM Series are step-up DC/DC converter ICs equipped with a voltage regulator (VR) and a voltage detector (VD) by CMOS process. Each of these step-up DC/DC converter ICs consists of a PWM DC/DC convert er, a linear regulator and a voltage detector.  These ICs are output-voltage-fixed type regulators which function as a linear regulator when input voltage is high, and as step-up DC/DC converter+linear regulator when input voltage is low, by using an inductor, a diode and a capacitor as external parts for the ICs.

description
These devices are 8-bit successive-approximation analog-to-digital converters. The ADC0831A and ADC0831B have single input channels; the ADC0832A and ADC0832B have multiplexed twin input channels. The serial output is configured to interface with standard shift registers or microprocessors. Detailed information on interfacing to most popular microprocessors is readily available from the factory.
The ADC0832 multiplexer is software configured for single-ended or differential inputs. The differential analog voltage input allows for common-mode rejection or offset of the analog zero input voltage value. In addition, the voltage reference input can be adjusted to allow encoding any smaller analog voltage span to the full 8 bits of resolution.
The operation of the ADC0831 and ADC0832 devices is very similar to the more complex ADC0834 and ADC0838 devices. Ratiometric conversion can be attained by setting the REF input equal to the maximum analog input signal value, which gives the highest possible conversion resolution. Typically, REF is set equal to VCC (done internally on the ADC0832). For more detail on the operation of the ADC0831 and ADC0832 devices, refer to the ADC0834/A DC0838 data sheet.
The ADC0831AC, ADC0831BC, ADC0832AC, and ADC0832BC are characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C. The ADC0831AI, ADC0831BI, ADC0832AI, and ADC0832BI are characterized for operation from –40°C to 85°C.

The BP2831A is a high precision buck constant current LED driver. The device operates in critical conduction mode and is suitable for 85Vac~265Vac universal input offline LED lighting.

The BP2831A  integrates a 500V power MOSFET. With patent pending MOSFET driving technique, the operating current of the IC is very low . So it doesn’t need the auxiliary winding for supplying the chip. It can achieve excellent constant current performance with very few external components, so the system cost and size are minimized.
