Description
The HFA1106 is a high speed, low power current feedback operational amplifier built with Intersilâs proprietary complementary bipolar UHF-1 process. This amplifier features a compensation pin connected to the internal high impedance node, which allows for implementation of external clamping or bandwidth limiting.
