Description : Step-Down Converter with Input Overvoltage Protection Reference Design
This reference design details a power management circuit which is capable to be operated at a supply voltage which is temporarily exceeding the maximum recommended supply voltage of the DCDC converter used.
The protection is achieved by disconnecting the supply voltage and disabling the converter during the overvoltage events. The implementation is based on a completely integrated step down converter circuit enabling a small total solution while still capable of handling up to 3 A at the output.

The ADS8507 is a complete low power, single 5-V supply, 16-bit sampling analog-to-digital (A/D)

Overview The LC72344W and LC72345W are low-voltage electronic tuning microcontrollers that include a DC-DC converter, a PLL that operates up to 230 MHz, a 1/4 duty 1/2 bias LCD driver and other functions on chip.
