GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The AD9650 is a dual, 16-bit, 25 MSPS/65 MSPS/80 MSPS/105 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals with Input frequencies of up to 300 MHz. The dual ADC core features a multistage, Differential pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC features wide bandwidth, Differential sample-and-hold analog Input amplifiers, and shared integrated voltage reference, which eases design considerations. A duty cycle stabilizer is provided to compensate for variations in the ADC clock duty cycle, allowing the converters to maintain excellent performance.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AD9237 is a family of monolithic, single 3 V supply, 12-bit, 20 MSPS/40 MSPS/65 MSPS analog-to-digital converters (ADC). This family features a high performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and voltage reference. The AD9237 uses a multistage Differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to provide 12-bit accuracy at 20 MSPS/ 40 MSPS/65 MSPS data rates and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AD9244 is a monolithic, single 5 V supply, 14-bit, 40 MSPS/65 MSPS ADC with an on-chip, high performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and voltage reference. The AD9244 uses a multistage Differential pipelined architec ture with output error correction logic to provide 14-bit accuracy at 40 MSPS/65 MSPS data rates, and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. The AD9244 has an on-board, programmable voltage reference.
An external reference can also be used to suit the dc accuracy and temperature drift requirements of the application.
A Differential or single-ended clock Input controls all internal conversion cycles. The digital output data can be presented in straight binary or in twos complement format. An out-of-range (OTR) signal indicates an overflow condition that can be used with the most significant bit to determine low or high overflow.
Fabricated on an advanced CMOS process, the AD9244 is available in a 48-lead LQFP and is specified for operation over the industrial temperature range (–40°C to +85°C).

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The ADC-HX and ADC-HZ Series are self-contained, high-performance, 12-bit A/D converters manufactured with thick and thin-film hybrid technology. They use the successive approximation conversion technique to achieve a 12-bit conversion in 20 and 8 microseconds, respectively. Five Input voltage ranges are programmable by external pin connection. An internal buffer amplifier is also provided for applications in which 50 megohm Input impedance is required.
