All devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line and are included in the DSCC Qualified Manufacturers List QML-38534 for Hybrid  icrocircuits.

Quad channel devices are available by special order in the 16 pin DIP through hole packages.

Description : 20 MBd High CMR Logic Gate Optocouplers

Description

The HCPL-2400 and HCPL-2430 High Speed Optocouplers combine an 820 nm AlGaAs light emitting diode with a High Speed photodetector. This combination results in very High data rate

capability and low input current. The totem pole output (HCPL-2430) or three state output (HCPL-2400) eliminates the need for a pull up resistor and allows for direct drive of data buses.

Description : High CMR, High Speed Optocouplers

Description

These Optocouplers are similar to HP’s other High Speed transistor Optocouplers but with shorter propagation delays and Higher CTR. The HCPL-4504/0454 and HCNW4504 also have a guaranteed propagation delay difference (tPLH - tPHL). These features make these Optocouplers an excellent solution to IPM inverter dead time and other switching problems.

Description : High CMR, High Speed Optocouplers

Description

The HCPL-4504 and HCPL-0454 contain a GaAsP LED while the HCPL-J454 and HCNW4504 contain an AlGaAs LED. The LED is optically coupled to an integrated High gain photo detector.

The HCPL-4504 series has short propagation delays and High CTR. The HCPL-4504 series also has a guaranteed propagation delay difference (tPLH-tPHL). These features make the HCPL-4504 series an excellent solution to IPM inverter dead time and other switching problems. The CTR, propagation delay, and CMR are specified both for TTL and IPM conditions which are provided for ease of application.

Description
These small outline High CMR, High Speed, Logic Gate opto coup lers are single channel devices in a five lead miniature foot print. They are electrically equivalent to the following Avago Optocouplers (except there is no output enable feature):
The SO-5 JEDEC registered (MO-155) package outline does not require “through holes” in a PCB. This package occupies approximately one fourth the footprint area of the standard dual-in-line package. The lead profile is designed to be com patible with standard surface mount processes.
The HCPL-M600/01/11 optically coupled Gates combine a GaAsP light emitting diode and an integrated High gain photon detector. The output of the detector I.C. is an Open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity specification of 5,000 V/μs for the HCPL-M601, and 10,000 V/μs for the HCPL-M611.
