11.4 Supply Current Characteristics
Supply current is mainly a function of the operating
voltage and frequency. Other factors such as I/O
pin loading and switching rate, oscillator type,
internal code execution pattern and temperature,
also have an impact on the current consumption.
The test condition in RUN mode for all the IDD
measurements are:
OSCin = external square wave, from rail to rail;
OSCout = floating;
All I/O pins tristated pulled to VDD
TA=25°C

Notes:
1. CPU running with memory access, all I/O pins in input mode with a static value at VDD (no load), all
peripherals switched off; clock input (OSCin driven by external square wave).
2. CPU in WAIT mode with all I/O pins in input mode with a static value at VDD (no load), all peripherals
switched off; clock input (OSCin driven by external square wave).
3. Data based on characterization results, tested in production at VDDmax and foscmax.
