conform to I2C electrical specifications, they have

open-collector output drivers which are internally

connected to VDD through pull-up resistors.

SCAN_ENABLE Reserved. The pin is reserved

for Test and Miscellaneous functions.

VDD_CORE 2.5V Core Power Supply.

VDD 3.3V I/O Power Supply.

VDD_PLL PLL Power Supplies. CPUCLK PLL,

DEVCLK PLL, MCKLI PLL, MCLKO PLL, HCLK

PLL.

VSS Connected to GND.
