OCP_BLANK[3:0]
Configures fixed time-blanking interval tOCP for overcurrent protection
(OCP). The value is an unsigned integer in the range of 0value15.

OLP_BLANK[2:0]
Configures fixed time blanking interval tOLP for open loop protection (OLP)
and sense resistor protection. The value is an unsigned integer in the range
of 0value7.

IOTP_SAMP
Sample internal temperature sensor at a slower rate when not in internal
overtemperature state (iOTP fault state). Recommended to set bit
IOTP_SAMP to sample slow.

Sets the second stage OCP fault counter threshold used when declaring a
fault.
0 = Force OCP fault (debug only)
1-7= Number of times an OCP fault has to occur consecutively.
Configures OCP fault type.
0 = Unlatched fault
1 = Latched fault
