The following section deals with the procedure for

transfer of customer codes to STMicroelectronics.

9.3 Transfer of Customer Code

Customer code is made up of the FASTROM (

Factory Advanced Service Technique ROM) con-

tents. The FASTROM contents are to be sent on

diskette, or by electronic means, with the hexadec-

imal file generated by the development tool. All un-

used bytes must be set to FFh.

The customer code should be communicated to

STMicroelectronics with the correctly completed

OPTION LIST appended.

The STMicroelectronics Sales Organization will be

pleased to provide detailed information on con-

tractual points.
